However, my last email I requested a specific update to shipping time frame. I was initially receiving prompt response to email inquiries. Has not shipped and I have not received any updated information except "delays in shipping due to the online sale". Go elsewhere! I ordered something March 4 that said 6-14 business day shipping. Do yourself a favor and listen to all these reviews. We’re not talking a few days and an over reaction here.

Why not offer the goods you took money for? The coffee table they took $750 for has not even been shipped and they’ve full on stopped responding. I cannot stand dealing with fraudulent companies. I filed a claim with BBB and a credit card claim with my card company.
Update: I have still not received any response to my multiple emails or phone message. I gave order number, full name and full email. Stay away from this company!!!Ģnd update: I have promptly answered the additional information they requested via trust pilot. I’ve purchased a ton of furniture from many companies, and would NOT purchase from this one again!!! You think you’re getting a good deal, but it’s not worth it! Save yourself the stress.
It shouldn’t be this difficult to buy a chair. I called customer service AGAIN, and waited on hold for 40 minutes! The customer service agent said that she would talk to her manager, and then hung up on me! It was the second time she was talking to her manager during that conversation when she hung up on me! Call definitely did not drop, it was intentional! Horrible customer service!!!! What a headache to deal with! This company is terrible to deal with. Again customer service said that it was ready to go! I then got an email a week later stating that it was flagged as fraudulent, and that I would have to provide the same information that I previously had provided to rectify the situation. I even called again to make sure it was actually being processed and ready to ship out. Customer service said that it was all set to go and they would try and expedite it due to all the time that had passed. The order was flagged as fraudulent, and I had to jump through hoops to process the order. It was supposed to be delivered last month. I ordered a counter stool over a month ago. First off I don’t write reviews, but felt compelled to write this one.
